"It is true however, that at that time we were in sad physical shape. We had no stamina, no muscles, no strength, and mindlessly following unhealthy dietary habits. (In short we were the flaccidity twins).
Fortunately we found The Training Zone and trained with Erik and Gary. Most importantly, we have embraced his philosophy of exercise, healthy diet, and well being for the past nineteen years and counting.
